Very beautiful villa, built in 2020, with all comforts of a house. 150 m² accommodates up to 9 persons. Relaxing evenings by lake are guaranteed with big sauna and great jacuzzi on a massive 80 m² deck.
Villa Karhenhelmi electicity is produced with solar panels (coming up) and zero emission energy.

Kaivoskartano is a great cottage. Enough space. Maby not for summer for us because no beach right next to cottage. Small maintenance is at place and a sheltered grill would be awesome. Very likely i will rent again!
Muotiaisten lomamökit
Our villas and cottages are located in two places around Ylöjärvi city. Viljakkala and Karhe. Kaivoskartano, Kultakartano and summer cabins are in Viljakkala’s Haveri, and Villas are in Karhe, next to Lake Karhe. Muotiainen Manor and estate has been located in Karhe next to Lake karhe and it has a long and interesting history. You can read more here
