Booking &amp; confirmation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When booking, you must indicate your name, arrival and departure time. A reservation is binding on the accommodation once it has been confirmed verbally or in writing. Arrival and departure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Arrival times are defined for each accommodation information and may vary. Time of arrival can also be agreed specificly with customer. The key code or key handover will be agreed with the contact person of 2-3 days before the start of the booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maximum guest amount in each accommodation is informed in each resort further information. Visitors over these maximums must be agreed with resort owner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parties and other events where the number of people in the resort is temporarily exceeded must be agreed in advance with Muotiaisten Lomam\u00f6kit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The use of a tent and caravan or rented equipment (eg wooden bathing tub, ATV etc) on the resort site without the permission of Muotiaisten Lomam\u00f6kit is prohibited. Smoking indoors is prohibited in all Muotiaisten Lomam\u00f6kit resorts. Tupakointi on kielletty kaikissa lomakohteen sis\u00e4tiloissa. Also during daytime causing very disturbing noise is prohibited. Reservation guarantee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For billing customers, the first installment of the booking \/ booking fee (30% of the total rent) will be paid immediately upon booking. Fees and cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For billing customers, the first installment of the booking \/ booking fee (30% of the total rent) will be paid immediately upon booking. The final invoice will be sent immediately by email at the time of booking and has to be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the booking. If canceled, the reservation fee of the booking will not be refunded (30 percent of the resort&#8217;s rental price).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the booking is canceled for a reason other than the one below, later than 21 days before or during the start of the rental, the payments made by the customer will not be refunded at all and the payment obligation remains at the time of cancellation for unpaid booking invoices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notwithstanding the above, the customer has the right to refund the amount paid to Muotiaisten lomam\u00f6kit except for the booking fee and delivery fee, if the customer himself or a person living with him or her in a common household becomes seriously ill, has an accident or dies. The cancellation must be notified immediately to Muotiaisten Lomam\u00f6kit and the matter can be shown to Muotiaisten Lomam\u00f6kit in a reliable way, eg with a medical certificate. If the booking is canceled later than 48 hours before the start of the booking period or during the booking, Muotiaisten Lomam\u00f6kit does not reimburse the payment made by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the customer does not make the payments on time, Muotiaisten Lomam\u00f6kit can cancel the reservation without prior notice. Departure before the agreed time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you leave before the agreed departure date, we ask you to notify Muotiaisten Lomam\u00f6kit of your departure, for example by text message. Other rules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the accommodation we follow good manners and rules of order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In case of force majeure, Muotiaisten Lomam\u00f6kit can cancel the reservation. No food or drinks may be taken into the outdoor hot tub. Customer liability for damage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As a customer, you are liable for any damage caused by your will or negligence (such as smoking indoors) caused by you or your guests or pets to a room or accommodation, other furniture or fittings therein, and accommodation to other customers or their property.
